Refund Policy

Packages pay for response collection, not for a particular result. A verdict you disagree with is not grounds for a refund.

When you can request a refund

If you were charged but your test was never activated, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will review and refund verified duplicate or failed activations.

If we suspend a test that did not break our terms, you may request a review.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not available once a test has started collecting responses, or for tests suspended for breaking our terms.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
