Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VEZQO, a platform where creators put ideas, products, apps, websites and services in front of the public and visitors respond WANT IT or KILL IT.

What you pay for

Packages pay for response collection up to a target number of responses. Payment never buys positive votes, ranking, placement, or a better verdict. We do not guarantee how quickly a target will be reached, or that it will be reached.

Your content

You are responsible for what you post, including titles, descriptions, images and links. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, or links to malware. You keep ownership of your content and grant VEZQO a licence to display it publicly while the test is live and afterwards as part of its results.

Affiliate links

You may only add an affiliate tracking link if you are authorized by the relevant program. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed to visitors and never affect votes or rankings.

Voting

Votes are anonymous and limited to one per test per device. Attempts to manipulate results — automated voting, vote buying, or coordinated abuse — are prohibited and may lead to suspension of tests or accounts.

Moderation

We may suspend tests or accounts that break these terms. Results are a signal from the people who chose to respond, not a scientific or statistically representative study.

Liability

VEZQO is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions you make based on verdicts.
